Here is a little back story on the Remnant Pheyden:

When other runs of figures are done at our factory, sometimes there is a little extra plastic left over. The recent Cosmic Creators Series of the OSM were run in some really great soft metallic base colors, so when I was looking over the shots, I thought it might be cool to run Pheyden in the "remnants" of the green PVC that was used for parts of the upcoming 4H colored Astro Nautilus. The effect is tough to capture, but there is very light metallic swirl in the green, similar to how Legion Pheyden has a less swirly dark metallic flavor. If you guys dig these oddball style Travelers then we'll try to do it again. Special thanks to the 4H for letting us play with their awesome color selections.

Thanks as well  to everybody who was part of the drop tonight! The Travelers still seem like they have a little life left in their old molds after nearly five years in full production. Thanks for still supporting that little dimensional dude after all this time.

NOTE -I replaced the above Remnant Pheyden pic with a less saturated image to show more of the metallic aspect. Yes, I have OCD.

  3. Not to bash the colour, but I hope that's a bright green and not army-man green. I do like green, but not a fan of the little plastic military people.

    1. I'm hoping it's a green that matches Rothan Pheyden's arms from way back in the day, or at least the same color as Halos Buildman. I love green so the more green glyos there is the better. If I wasn't saving up for a wedding, I'd have gotten at least 4 of them, but I made sure to at least grab 1.

    2. Matt would know for sure, but holding my Rothan to the monitor, it looks lighter than his limbs but darker than his body.

  5. Love the ??? figure. I was just thinking before this drop that we had not seen a solid green figure for a while, and I have always loved the Rothan colors.

  7. Thanks for such a crazy drop like always. I managed to save up enough to spend more than I ever have and get some vinyl finally! So, I'm pretty happy, even if I did forgo a lot of PVC to make it.

On another note, this picture is pretty amazing! I'm surprised how cool that Sarvos looks with glowing eyes like that:

  8. Green! Now I can make the Green Lantern Pheyden I've wanted, but didn't want to dismantle my Rothan. And with a dyed Switch Pin, I'll even have a lantern. Great drop as usual, Matt! Thanks to you and the whole Onell crew!

  9. Even though I had to use my mom's paypal account I got everything I wanted no problem. Decided to wait until a full color drop to start with vinyl, so I can appreciate the full detail of it in my first impression. Love Nonilla and Remnant, can't wait to get all that Glyos goodness!

  10. Long live the traveller!
In my eyes this is a sculpt that can't age, he has a carefully balanced sculpt, is just perfect.

I really like the idea of using the plastic left by the OSM runs, it gives us the opportunity to have some colors that weren't planned and the results can be surprising.

I hope to see other color experiments with glitters too :)

Thanks again Matt and your family to let us play in your little universe.
