MicroMania
These new formations were put together over the last week. Jesse made the Centaurus and it's one of my favorite configurations yet. The thing is nuts and has a poseable brain/mane! Lobros is an old classic from Micronauts, so I had to make him. The Silver Star Acroyear is just a variation on the last Acroyear that popped out. I did add some new swing hinge joints to the old version so he wouldn't feel outdated next to his brother. Having the new colors and better access keeps us up pretty late these days. Hope you guys are enjoying the latest stuff.

O_O SWEET FANCY MONKEYS! Those Micronauts are nothing but micro if they're made outta THAT many Parts. I still don't know how you build all this stuff dude, but it's frickin' SICK. Lovin' the Lobros with the little pilot brain LoL, classic. 8-)
ReplyDeleteBah! Someday I'll have enough buildmen to make something that cool, next paycheck maybe... Finally got my shipment today too, so all sorts of troopers and gladiator bots are battling on the shelf below my Transformers. Reminds me of the good ol' days with my Z-Bots. Rest their souls...
ReplyDeleteMatt and Jesse you put my simple Micro creations to shame...Of couse I don't have near the pieces or the creativity that you do. So I challenge you. I made a Repto, my first and favorite Alien, and posted pictures on the forum. I want to see you guys make one.
ReplyDeleteThis stuff is simply awesome. I love it and you guys are the best!!
Of all the stuff here, my favorite bit has to be the redone Acroyear's feet. It's just a simple construction, yet it works so perfectly that I wish I'd thought of it myself.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, Centaurus is sick, and Lobros has fried my brain. One of these days, you guys need to do an
"Idea Book" like Lego used to do, complete with some instructions...
asdfh;jhdf;!
ReplyDeleteNow this is why I gave mad props to Buildman on my last interview at Fanmode... :D
Those are amazing, Matt. When you said you had new designs to post I wasn't expecting anything like these. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteWhoa! That is unbelieveable!!
ReplyDeletelove those... I'm going to need to build myself an acoyear...
ReplyDeleteWOW JUST WOW I need to buy more now
ReplyDeleteMatt, you must have the most powerful thumbs known to man... my son and I spent a few nights building together, and I have to tell you, I hurt. My thumb pain rivals that of a vigorous week of NES button mashing!
ReplyDeleteGAH!!! i hate internetional shipping! i want mine now!!!!
ReplyDeletethe wait is killing me!!! hahaha!
WOW
ReplyDeleteThese are simply too awesome! I wish I could buy these as is to put on my desk (and not work as I'd be staring at them all day repeating myself how great they are.... so all in all, it's good I cant buy them ;)
It's fantastic work nevertheless.
Congratulations!
