The music and sounds are interesting, but the video is very low-res blurry even at 1080p. Marc, did YouTube not fully finish processing the video for Hi Resolution? I know that can cause blurriness when we upload 1080p PS4 videos.
Named Glyans really never get to have a long, fulfilling life these days, do they? I guess Cane and maybe Ruger are still around, but the others, alas...
On a more serious note, what are the odds that we'll be seeing Renegades or Mechabons this round?
Dex! Olympia is looking great. She'll be an awesome addition to the extended Glyos family. Can't wait to see what kind of builds and painted customs arise after she lands across the spectrum.
Roy! You'll have a limited selection of accessories to accompany the mechanical action.
As you know, most of Glyaxia's plans involve kicking somebody's stick.
In regards to "mechanical action", are we talking strictly return of Renegades as previously alluded to or are we talking some Toyfinity appearances? And if no Toyfinity, will there be any crossovers? I've hardly taken any photos of Halkenn over the past year but he's consistently been one of my favorite colorways during that time (and at the moment he's in a very sexy Varteryx mode!).
Sweet merciless pumpkin spiced hell! Is Halkenn just preparing for the inevitable? Is he dead? Is he dead but somehow time traveling to pray to whatever he holds unholy over his own grave?
Monster hunting exacts a heavy toll, even on a tough one like Halkenn. But what kind of deal would a soul that burns with vengeance make, just to keep on going? Would that soul eventually become what it hates to finish the mission?
For some reason, this makes me think it will either be a murky clear with streaks and swirls of another color –– like yellow-green with dark brown-green and dark red streaks –– or a color that could only be described as "old meat."
...having written that, I really hope it isn't scented plastic.
The selections for this wave are a combination of things that line right up with the style classic monster themes, but in conjunction with some oddball twists.
I have a feeling that you'll really dig one of the offerings (and maybe Zen will as well). It's very John Carpenter in inspiration, though presented in our usual abstract weirdo way. One of my personal favorites of the the year to play with.
As far as color selections go, are we talking some translucent and some solid colors? Last round was blast in the face with secondary colors, with the return of Halkenn and all his victims, might we see some burst of color mixed with some more neutral tones?
Continuing from the response above, we absolutely have some new buddies for old Pheydotep to roll with.
When displayed all together, these figures represent what was intended to be a new Mystery Series subset, but we ended up keeping them contained to the Halkenn connected waves instead.
The suspense is terrible Matt. Gah the release is 24 hours from now!! I hope you guys went a little heavy on your numbers this go round, I got a feeling it'll be a doozy.
Any orange this time? Last year's Hallowden King was my first hop back in Glyos after years and I've been kicking myself for not grabbing more pieces in that colorway.
Reading anything you write in the husky Johnny Depp voice from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas makes every word sound awesome. Try it, try that last line in particular. It's fun!
armorvor?
ReplyDelete100%!

ReplyDeleteI had nothing to do with this video. It suddenly just appeared on our channel...
DeleteGhost hackers! Glyaxia Command ghost hackers are coming for our wallets!!
DeleteI think your monitor may be haunted.
DeleteBut it was a good deal from the Silver Shamrock liquidation sale!
DeleteOnell drop on a payday...really does scare me.

I think you left someone out ;3

That said, happy Halloween everyone!
You'd have to talk to the Glyknights and Glyninjas to really see how fast named Glyans are croaking these days. It's all those damn Nillin Sticks!
DeleteAlso, odds are good for a little bit of mechanical action.
Glyaxia's "Kick the Stick" campaign didn't work out for them, I take it.
DeleteAs for that mechanical action: any Accessory Sets to match, too?

DeleteNo Toyfinity figures this time, though some Robo Force blasters will accompany one figure.
DeleteHowever, there will be a couple other crossovers on deck, just not presented in the way that you might expect. We love to mix it up!
BT/Wor crossover finally or more the OSM/Pizza type as usual?
DeleteYou'll see more of a "crossfusion" than a straight crossover in this new wave.
DeleteSweet merciless pumpkin spiced hell! Is Halkenn just preparing for the inevitable? Is he dead? Is he dead but somehow time traveling to pray to whatever he holds unholy over his own grave?
ReplyDeleteIs he hungry?
With each creature that he eliminates, Halkenn's hunger grows.
DeleteAnd it's not for waffles.
Halkenn is one of my favorites and is almost always in pocket... I don’t think he’s gonna like this drop.
ReplyDeleteMonster hunting exacts a heavy toll, even on a tough one like Halkenn. But what kind of deal would a soul that burns with vengeance make, just to keep on going? Would that soul eventually become what it hates to finish the mission?
DeleteOh damn, that teaser is looking mighty menacing, downright demonic, spookily spectral...
ReplyDeleteZombies is my first guess, also wondering...might we see those new Amorvor heads mixed combined with Noboto and some axis joints?
Any clues to colors for this round?
You'll see the new Armorvor heads in both single figure and head pack options.
DeleteAs far as PVC goes, we'll have six different base colors represented across nine different figure selections.
One of the PVC choices took a few rounds to get just right, but the final result is something pretty neat and unique. It's also gross!
For some reason, this makes me think it will either be a murky clear with streaks and swirls of another color –– like yellow-green with dark brown-green and dark red streaks –– or a color that could only be described as "old meat."
Delete...having written that, I really hope it isn't scented plastic.
If that Kugaracc head is made in black cat colors I will be very happy.
DeleteWill we see any Skeleden or LSA this round?
DeleteNo Skeleden or LSA.

Roy, no milky yelloween mud or old rotten meat colors, I promise. At least this time!
DeleteMatt you made Michael Glyers?
DeleteLike a Crayboth with a william shatner mask?

Deleteany chance we'll see an Armodoc?
ReplyDeleteNo Armodocs or any vinyl in this wave.
DeletePossibly my favorite tampo design yet! Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteCollabs? Pheyaos?
ReplyDeletePheyaos, 100%!
DeleteAlright! My favorite figure in Halloween colors!
DeleteWill we be seeing a pretty heavy Pheyaos drop this Wave?
DeleteOnly one style of Pheyaos will be available.
DeleteOne of my favorites from last years Halloween drop was the Pheydotep (Mummy Pheyden), any interesting homages this round?
ReplyDeleteContinuing from the response above, we absolutely have some new buddies for old Pheydotep to roll with.

DeleteInformation Overload... Malfunction, Malfunction... Please, No Disassemble Benjamin!
ReplyDeleteWill there be axis joints that match any Armorvors?
ReplyDelete100%!
DeleteAny orange this time?
ReplyDeleteLast year's Hallowden King was my first hop back in Glyos after years and I've been kicking myself for not grabbing more pieces in that colorway.
There will be some orange available to match last year, but only in a limited selection of molds.
DeleteOooh! That's still super exciting. I would have been happy with a single joint set, but if there might be a figure or two...
DeleteCan't wait to see the preview pics start rolling in!
Oh man, an Orange Noboto would be a welcome addition.
DeleteHallowden King Pheyaos is what I was hoping for. Noboto would be funny to have an orange jack-o-lantern head.
