Hammering Away

The last week has been like a comedy, so many things have been thrown at us. The biggest challenge was our main computer deciding that it wanted to give itself a lobotomy in the middle of us finalizing all the orders. Huge thanks to our friend Matthew Higgins for literally saving our computer files and also our sanity. The Custom Corps Dimension Drifters took a little longer to do the extra figures than we had anticipated, but the results should be fun to track down. Orders begin shipping today and will most likely wrap up on Monday. Hope you guys enjoy the new stuff when it starts showing up.

  3. Totally tubular photos. My PC died last week, too, so I can totally empathize with your situation. Glad to hear everything's been resolved, though. Looking forward to getting the new figures.

  6. Good sir, I'm going to have to charge you for how many times I've needed to have my jaw re-set. The floor it tends to drop on isn't kind...

Out of curiosity, was there any sort of guiding idea or design behind this run? I notice a lot of darker colors, aside from the yellows...

  7. Hey guys, I'm happy the photos are of interest. Keep in mind that the images don't tell the whole story of what's in the new CC assortment. As far as the theme goes, think Bizzaro World. Like an alternate reality release that is mostly centered on Phanost and Sarvos, showing a number of versions that may have significant story spoilers involved. Also , don't sweat the Buildman figures looking a little reserved, they were not quite finished at the time of the photo...

  8. This really, really, REALLY makes me wish I had more money at the time. I love the dyed plastics on these guys, especially that Apocalypse Sarvos lookalike and the reverse Phantasm Sarvos figure, really awesome work on your part!

I really wish we could get entire catalogs of all of the figures that have been in all of the CC waves, just so we could at least know of all of the different one of a kind figures out there.

  9. Something is in the works that covers the crossover and custom figures. Also, if the interest is there, we would like to release the "lost" Glyos big book that was put on hold a little while back. This thing covered the first year and a bit of all the stuff we were working on as well as almost every concept drawing of Pheyden (outside of a few from when I was a kid). The book would retail for around $25 -$30 and would be over 100 full color perfect bound pages. The dimensions measure 5 1/2" wide x 8 1/2" tall.

  12. CC 1.1 looks great! I love seeing photos of what we can look forward to. The anticipation waiting for these is big for me! I love the mystery of blind bagged figures.

Glad to hear the hiccups for this wave have been resolved, and happy to see that orders will ship soon!!

Would love to have a copy of the "lost" Glyos big book and the catalog in the works.

    Thanks for the update Matt!

  13. Good grief!

CC1.1 looks much more awesome than when the original pics were posted. Nice to see the L'Amour heads but what's up with the buildmen? Are they drifters too? They look a bit out of place.

I'd love to see full pics of the test shot Armodocs. Armodocs = Teh Goodness.

I'd love a book like that; I'm too new to have had any of the old ones.

  16. Ugh. I see my question was answered before I even asked. I suck.

Since I'm posting I, too, am definitely interested in the new book as I missed out on the first ones and am kicking myself now that they're gone.

  17. I'm ready for a copy of the book. I posted a few of the photos that I took of the book -- http://www.battlegrip.com/?p=8175 -- but I'd much rather have the printed book on my shelf than just a few photos of some pages.
