If you have a hairdryer to loosen the plastic, that can help a great deal. Find a small cardboard box, make a hole just wide enough for the nozzle of the hair dryer to fit inside, and place the Hub inside the box. Turn on the hair dryer, and in a couple of minutes, the plastic should be loose enough to come apart easily.
You can also boil some water in the microwave, let it sit for a moment, and submerge the part in question for a few minutes. Just be sure that you do NOT microwave the water with the part inside.
Love it man! Glyans look great!
ReplyDeleteIs there any easy way to get the top pins out of the hub set?
ReplyDeleteI've tried to do it on one I have, and failed.

Hope this helps!
Nice work! Good to see 3/4 angled shots for the Block! I'm guessing we'll be seeing one rotate?
