Operated by a single EMP soldier, the Guard Walker excels at traversing the ever shifting Orphormic Sands that cover so much of Esedeth. Some believe these strange sands actually possess a collective consciousness.
It is rumored that long ago the very surface of Esedeth swallowed the planet's first advanced civilization, leaving only scattered ruins as a warning to those who would dare trespass.
Fantastic builds on these vehicles. Can't wait to try them out tonight when I get home! :D

ReplyDeleteI love the atmosphere this whole story and these builds create. Absolute Greatness!
Is there a list coming? The anxiety is killing me.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun build. Does the Glyan have a platform in the back to stand on?
ReplyDeleteCome to think of it, is there any chance we could get a few shots from different angles on this one? It might need to be built a few more times in the future, after all...
I've had a go at this build and as far as I can tell the Glyan is attached to the "controls" at the front using his blaster "key", and his legs dangle behind the core of the VRD. Maybe this is what Matt meant when he talked about the blaster key allowing for "some rule bending"? It looks really great, and the VRD is totally contained - it literally uses every piece of a Robot Force kit.
DeleteWow!! That build is awesome. It has that Battletech / Machine Krieger / Votoms vibe even down to the one red shoulder on the driver. I think these Glyans will be sold as a bundle, the armour has less painted parts than the Neo Sarvos in the other pic.
ReplyDelete.....And this build has been there all along....
